FIELD: prompt control of power of power plants. SUBSTANCE: turbine unit includes steam turbine and generator. In setting the surplus power of generator (PS), power accumulators are activated in the course of operation. For controllable activation of power accumulators, use is made of fuzzy logic at rule of fuzzy logic (FR1...4) from experience of operation of plant. Device used for realization of this method includes fuzzy logic system whose inputs indicate surplus power of generator (PS), and power situation of accumulator being activated whose outputs (g - j, l, j, g) indicate preset position magnitudes (Y) for degree of activation of individual power accumulators.
