FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has refrigerator, compressor, capacitor, throttle device and evaporator, air pipe passing through evaporator and containing hydraulic control, flap, for example, double-flow heat exchanger and moisture separator-and-collector. All these members are consecutively built into refrigerator and create closed circuit. One of two outlets of hydraulic control is connected to inlet of forward flow in heat exchanger and other outlet is between heat exchanger and evaporator. Moisture separator-and-control is mounted after evaporator and it s outlet is connected to heater inlet down reversed flow. Refrigerator works at any temperature of environment. Moisture can be received from air at any place where is no any sources of fresh water, for example, in deserts and seas. EFFECT: higher moisture capacity, reduced specific power expenditure. 1 dwg
