FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: proposed transducer can be used in various branches of industry. Transducer has two groups of pressure sensors. One group of sensors includes diaphragm and plates of capacitors forming variable-capacitance transducer. Cells under diaphragm made from perforated dielectric film are interconnected and connected with atmosphere by grooves. Transducer is made from solid and gaseous dielectrics to provide possibility of connection through differential circuit to external electric system.
