FIELD: aircraft engineering; mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has capacitive sensing elements with several plates. Two dielectric perforated films are positioned between plates. Device membrane is arranged between plates. Pressure is supplied to membrane from object being examined by means of drain tunes. Number of measured points is from one to several tens. Device includes six foiled dielectric sheets and polyimide film. Assembled stack of dielectric sheets with sensing elements and side screens, dielectric perforated films and FeNi-alloy membrane covered with polyimide film and positioned between them is fastened by film of dry epoxy-rubber-based adhesive. It is kept under pressure of 35-40 kg/sq.cm at temperature of 165-175 C for 50-60 min. EFFECT: extended range of application. 2 cl, 3 dwg
