FIELD: aviation equipment, mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to process of manufacture of pressure measuring device main screen is formed on upper surfaces of two foil dielectric sheets and plates with leads-out and side screen are formed on their lower surfaces. Polyimide film is formed in correspondence with traditional technology on both surfaces of membrane of FeNi alloy. Two perforated films and four films of dry adhesive are manufactured. Holes to fix drain tubes are made in center of capacitor plates on surface of dielectric sheets. Differential structure of device is formed by known technology from all films and sheets. In process of formation of package foiled sheets are laid one on another in symmetry, uniaxially to plates with displacement of current-collecting leads-out one relative to another through 180 degrees. Pressure is fed to device through flexible drain tubes. EFFECT: expanded application field of device. 2 dwg
