FIELD: aviation engineering; mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is developed on basis of capacitance sensing elements with two pressure cavities of differential construction. Device has two perforated polyimide films foil-coated dielectric sheets and FeNi alloy membrane covered with polyimide film from both sides. Assembled stack of pressure sensing elements is arranged in cylindrical carcass. Bundle of current-conducting leads is brought out of both ends of carcass which is potted with compound for protection against environmental factors. Device is assembled at pressure of 3.5-4.0 MPa, at temperature of 165-175 C for 50-60 min. Stack layers are held together by means of dry glue film based on epoxy-rubber. Drain tubes for pressure delivery to membrane are secured to drain holes by liquid glue based on epoxy-rubber. EFFECT: higher reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
