FIELD: acoustic systems, automatic test and control systems, acoustic diagnostics of articles of basic engineering industry in running under enhanced humidity, temperature and radiation. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of pickups is based on formation of their elements by photolithographic method. Package of pickups is formed with treatment at temperature from 20 to 320 C and stepped rise of temperature under pressure of 0.2-4.0 kg/sq.cm and curing for specified time. Several pickups are simultaneously formed on one backing. Structurally pickup is made from polyimide films of various thickness, ferromagnetic material, metal foil and membrane produced from metal film covered by dielectric film over both sides.
