FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with rest member. The casing is mounted on a beam of irregular shape. The rest member divides the casing into two parts, each of them having a spring attached to the beam of irregular shape. The rest member is placed in the middle of the beam and is fixed in the casing notches. Free space is left between the cover mounted on the casing and the rest member. The springs are compressed with the cover. Beam ends have locks as elastic hinged connections engageable with members for fixing prosthesis. EFFECT: uniform distribution of load applied to periodontal tissues and tissues of alveolar crest. 6 dwg
