FIELD: pharmaceutical engineering. SUBSTANCE: composition has anticancer remedy and polyester block copolymer capable of building liquid composition when mixed with water. The block copolymer has a set linear polymer segments with molecular mass of 30-500. At least 80% of bonds linking repeating units in each segment are single ester bonds. The block copolymer has critical micelle-building concentration varying from 0.000001 to 0.5% (mass/volume) or less at 37 C in isotonic aqueous solution. The second composition has the same ingredients but the block copolymer has hydrophobic portion percentage not less than 50% and molecular mass not less than 900 or the critical micelle-building concentration approaching 0.5% (mass/volume) or less under the above mentioned conditions. Treating objects resistant to biological agents, (animal) cancer cases, microbial infections, inhibiting or preventing growth of cancer metastases, eliminating multiple drug resistance of cancer cells is carried out with the first composition.
