FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and represents a polymer carrier for an increase of the accumulation of biologically active substances in living cells, differing by the fact that it represents a compound of formula A or B:
with the number of monomer ethylene oxide units x=1÷10 and propylene oxide units y=1÷30.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the cytotoxicity of the polymer carriers of the biologically active substances ensured by using the safer compounds of formula A or B; higher efficacy of the intracellular transport of the biologically active substances, increasing the toxicity of anti-cancer antibiotics in relation to resistant cancer cells ensured by more effective inhibition of the membrane transporters by the compounds of formula A or B.
