FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, more specifically to polymer nanoparticles with hydrophobic nucleus and hydrophilic coating prepared of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAM), water-soluble vinyl derivatives, such as vinyl pyrrolidone (VP) or vinylacetate (VA), or water-insoluble vinyl derivatives, such as methyl methacrylate (MMA) or styrene (ST) for specific delivery systems, such as oral and enteral ones. The polymer nanoparticles enable delivering various drugs or biologically active agents within the oral, parenteral or local routes of administration.
EFFECT: implementing the invention enables formulating poorly water-soluble drug preparations or biologically active agents or other agents with poor oral availability in an aqueous solution, thereby allowing for the systemic circulation delivery.
