FIELD: space engineering; exposure of components of technological and scientific equipment; various industries. SUBSTANCE: structure includes rods and articulated units. Number of rods is even; two pairs of struts are provided for each pair of rods; provision is also made for at least one connecting member. Each rod of pair is articulated to given member at one end. Struts are made in form of flat triangular frames which are interconnected by means of hinges; they are also connected with locks by means of at least two articulated units. At other end, first and second struts of pair are connected respectively lock and with connecting member by means of articulated units. Lock is movably fitted on respective rod; rods are provided with retainers keeping them in horizontal position. EFFECT: proper compactness of structure; enhanced stiffness in working position and adaptability for equipment mounted on it; ease in maintenance. 2 cl, 3 dwg
