SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of arylalkyldiazinones of the formula (I) where B means unsubstituted pyridyl, pyrazinyl, isoxazolyl or thienyl; Q means CH₂; X means CH₂ or S; R¹ and R² each means H; R³ means OR⁵; R⁴ means OA; R⁵ means A or cyclocalyl with 4-6 C-atoms; A means alkyl with 1-6 C-atoms, and also their physiologically acceptable salts. Compounds show inhibitory effect on activity of phosphodiesterase-IV and can be used for treatment of patients with inflammatory processes, allergy and asthma.
