SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel thiadiazinones of the general formula (I) where R¹ means A; R² and R³ means H, A; R⁴ means benzoyl substituted with C₁-C₆-alkozy-group; R⁵ means NA₂ or saturated five- or six-membered heterocyclic residue with at least one N-atom that can be replaced with A; Q means branched or nonbranched alkylene with 1-10 C-atoms or it is absent; n = 1, 2 or 3; A means alkyl with 1-6 C-atoms, and their physiologically active acceptable salts also. Compounds can be used in treatment of patients with cardiac insufficiency. Invention describes method of synthesis of these compounds and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof also.
