SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel arylalkylthia- diazinones of the formula (I) where R¹ means H; R² means H or A; R³ means OH, -OR¹⁰; R⁴ means -OH or OR¹⁰; R⁵ means unsubstituted phenyl residue or that mono- or bisubstituted with R⁶; and/or R⁷; Q is absence or means alkylene with 1-6 C-atoms; R⁶ and R⁷ each and independently each of other means NH₂,-NR⁸ R⁹,-NO₂ where R⁸ and R⁹ each and independently each of other means H; acyl with 1-8 C-atoms that can be substituted with 1-5 fluorine atoms and/or chlorine atoms; -COOA, -SO₂A where A means alkyl with 1-6 C-atoms that can be substituted with 1-5 fluorine atoms and/or chlorine atoms; R¹⁰ and R¹¹ each and independently each of other means A, cycloalkyl with 3-7 C-atoms and their physiologically acceptable salts also. Compounds show inhibitory effect with respect to phosphodieste-rase-IV and can be used for treatment of patients with asthma diseases. Also, they inhibit activity with respect to formation of tumor necrosis factor and useful for treatment of patients with allergic and inflammatory diseases. Invention describes also method of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I), pharmaceutical composition and method of its preparing.
