FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel synthetic polysaccharides of the general formula (I) where wavy line means a bond located or above either under the pyranose cycle plane; formula (II) means polysaccharide Po containing n similar or distinct monosaccharide units bound with Pe by its anomeric carbon atom; formula (III) means schematic picture of monosaccharide residue of pyranose structure taken among hexoses being residue is bound with other monosaccharide residue by its anomeric carbon atom and hydroxyl groups of this residue are substituted with similar or distinct groups X taken among (C1-C6)-alkyl groups and sulfo-groups; h = 2; n means a whole number from 10 to 25; Pe means pentasaccharide of the formula (IV) where R1 means (C1-C6)-alkyl group or sulfo-group; R1a has value indicated for R1 or with oxygen atom with which it is bound and with carbon atom containing carboxyl function in the same cycle forms the group C-CH2-O; R means (C1-C6)-alkyl group; W means oxygen atom or methylene group; or one of its salts, in part, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, New synthetic polysaccharides show anticoagulant and anti-thrombotic pharmacological activities of heparin. Invention describes method of their synthesis and pharmaceutical composition containing thereof also. EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, valuable pharmacological properties. 15 cl, 4 tbl
