FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, power of supper- charged internal combustion engine is controlled or regulated by acting onto position of throttle valve arranged in intake manifold and onto supercharging pressure. Control action (wdksol) for position of throttle valve is found from set value (rlsol) of cylinder filling. Set value (pssol) of pressure in intake manifold is determined by set value (rlsol) of engine cylinder filling. Set value (plsol) of supercharging pressure is found by uniting value (pssol) of pressure in intake manifold and value (dpdk) characterizing pressure drop across throttle valve. Invention contains description of device for implementing proposed method. EFFECT: improved pickup at dynamic operation, provision of optimum efficiency at stationary or stable operation. 8 cl, 3 dwg
