FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising a portion of hip bone wing for scraping out marrow into some nutrient medium. Cell suspension is prepared by applying trypsinization method and explanted into flasks containing the nutrient medium composed of L-MEM to 80% and cow embryo serum with antibiotics added to 20% (100 u/ml of penicillin and streptomycin) and Methylprednisolone(10 ng/ml), sodium ascorbate and hydrocortisone (10 ng/ml each). Stromal predecessor cell colonies grown up at the 1-14 day are taken from plastic and cultivated on collagen microcarriers in the nutrient medium of the same composition. Porous carcasses are filled with the microcarriers bearing cells grown up. The carcasses are pretreated with 0.5-% poly-L-lysine or fibronectine solution for achieving better cell adhesion. After being filled with cells, the porous carcasses are hold in humid chamber during 30-45 min at 37 C. The so produced graft is autologically transferred to bone defect zone. New bone is formed at the transplantation place that is to be built-in into the maternal bone restoring in this way bone organ integrity. EFFECT: accelerated bone repair process. 12 cl
