FIELD: treatment of autoimmune diseases. SUBSTANCE: immunoadsorbent consists of antigens and antibodies covalently bound to activated biocompatible solid carrier material. Antigens and antibodies are obtained by cleaving immunocomplexes isolated from blood and other body fluids of the same patient, which is to be treated by the immunoadsorbent. Preparation procedure includes purification of isolated immunocomplexes and their cleavage into antigens and antibodies, which are then covalently immobilized on carrier. Invention enables treatment of patients with chronic forms of autoimmune diseases and those caused by immune system disregulation.
