SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and immunology. In particular, group of inventions relates to methods of immune diagnosis, including application as native molecules and peptide sequences of plasminogen fragments, which can be used as a universal system for detecting proteolysis products with formation at COOH-ends of peptide chain of lysine during analysis for detection in human diseases, associated with elevated activity of proteolytic enzymes. Group of inventions also relates to a test system comprising as a detector both native molecule, and said peptide sequence.

EFFECT: technical result consists in achieving required degree of antigen-antibody complex dissociation, present in a sample collected from a subject, as well as change in conformation of proteins, which in turn enables to significantly increase sensitivity of method of determining level of proteolytic fragments with C-terminal lysine, capable of binding with plasminogen or its fragments.
