SUBSTANCE: group of inventions discloses a method of detecting a subject with an increased content of autoantibodies to plasminogen or its fragments, a test system allowing to detect such subject, and use of the given test system for diagnostics in the subject of an oncological process. Method establishes criteria necessitating performance of a reference diagnostic examination.

EFFECT: high sensitivity of the proposed test system allows to use it as a screening test for early diagnosis of an oncological process, assessment of a risk of its development or exclusion of the diagnosis.
