SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at combined combustion of gaseous and liquid fuel or water-and-fuel mixtures or underlying waters in heat plants of flow, medium or high output. Gaseous are mixed with air to form homogeneous mixture before entering the tunnel in foam layer of foam forming honeycomb, and water providing required water-fuel ratio is fed into flame core from surface of foam layer by entraining driplets formed at spouting.
