FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: vegetable raw (amaranthus fresh or dry phytomass) is macerated preliminary for 2-4 h in hydrolyzing solution and then subjected for by-step chemical treatment with hydrolyzing agent (dairy whey and/or acidified water at pH 4.5-5.5, alkali aqueous solution and/or soda at pH 8.5-10.5, and/or an aqueous solution of preparations of cellulolytic complex) in apparatus of rotary-cavitational type. Treatment is carried out in rotary-pulse apparatus at the rate of rotor rotation 3000-4500 min-1 under condition of mechanical-acoustic effect on mixture to be treated at hydromodulus 1: (5-15) (for dry phytomass) and 1:(0.5-5) (for fresh phytomass). Process of raw mixture and hydrolyzing agent treatment at each stage is carried out for 0.5-6 min at 25-50 C. EFFECT: improved assimilation of fodder, enhanced poultry productivity. 7 cl, 2 tbl
