UNIFIED PRESS MOLD FOR REPAIR OF SHOE SOLE FRACTURES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: press mold for repair of shoe sole fractures in zones adjacent to bunches has casing for placing of shoe on block for repairing. Casing has rectangular welded plates, two screw mechanisms, toe-and-bunch thrust, and runner. One of screw mechanisms is adapted for fixing shoe to be repaired between casing plate and movable plank pivotally fixed on screw of screw mechanism extending into threaded opening of other plate of casing. Other screw mechanism provides pressing of shoe to upper horizontal plate of casing so that sole fracture line is positioned under runner. Toe-and-bunch thrust-saddle with rubberized inner surface is pivotally fixed on screw of second screw mechanism. Press mold of such construction is used for repair of shoe sole fractured part adjacent to bunch by casting method. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 4 cl, 1 dwg
