PROCESS OF ACCELERATION OF CHARGED PARTICLES AND DEVICE BASED ON IT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2169444 C1

FIELD: acceleration equipment. SUBSTANCE: process of control over beam of charged particles consists in control over processes of acceleration of charged particles along legs of polygon. Deflection dipole with longitudinal magnetic field and sealing units with acceleration electrodes are positioned on each leg. Accelerator based on this process enables superhigh energy of charged particles exceeding level of 1000.0 TeV to be generated with small dimensions of accelerator and modest consumption of power from industrial network. EFFECT: capability to generate charged particles of superhigh energy. 2 cl, 1 dwg
