FIELD: power machine engineering, namely manufacture of double-layer soldered constructions. SUBSTANCE: process is developed for making soldered constructions having parts made of dispersion hardened nickel base alloy and high heat conduction metal and used in power aggregates operating in wide ranges of temperature and pressure values and also in atmosphere of liquefied and gaseous oxygen. Process comprises steps of preliminarily quenching part of dispersion hardened nickel base alloy beginning from temperature 1000+-30 C; subsequently step-by-step aging it at first at 740+-15C and then at 650+-10C; placing solder on parts of nickel base and argentum base alloys, assembling them and soldering in inert gas atmosphere at 775+-10C after preliminary isothermic soaking at 650+-10C. EFFECT: enhanced strength of construction in liquefied and gaseous oxygen, improved mechanical properties of parts of nickel base alloy. 3 cl, 1 tbl
