FIELD: power machine engineering, namely manufacture of soldered constructions. SUBSTANCE: process is used for making parts of dispersion hardened nickel- and copper-base alloys for rotary units of power aggregates that may operate in conditions of high speeds (more than 1000 rev/min), increased dynamic loads and in atmosphere of strong oxidizer such as liquefied or gaseous oxygen. Process comprises steps of preliminary heat treatment of part of nickel base alloy by quenching it in open air beginning from temperature 980+-10C and subsequent aging at 730+-10C; placing solder (argentum alloy) onto soldered surfaces, assembling parts and soldering construction inside container in argon atmosphere at temperature 980+-10C; placing construction on supporting ring inside container; after soldering performing aging at 730+-10C. EFFECT: enhanced mechanical properties of parts of nickel base alloy providing high operational strength of soldered construction. 5 cl, 1 tbl
