SUBSTANCE: boiler plant includes steam boiler and vacuum deaerator with starting water, deaerated water, heating agent and flash steam pipe lines; raised pressure deaerator with starting water, deaerated water, heating agent and flash steam pipe lines; flash steam pipe line is provided with cooler equipment with condensate pipe line. Condensate pipe line of flash steam cooler is connected to heating agent pipe line of vacuum deaerator, thus enhancing economical efficiency of plant.
