FIELD: radio engineering; microwave receivers and transmitters. SUBSTANCE: delay line affording stepped variation of signal delay time uses Scotty-barrier field-effect transistors operating as amplifiers which has made it possible to reduce number of its active members. Delay line has power splitter whose outputs are connected through first and second attenuators to gates of first and second field-effect transistors, respectively; transistor drains are connected to inputs of power adders through first and second sections of microstrip transmission line as well as through third and fourth attenuators. Power splitter input functions as device input and power adder output, as device output. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, reduced cost and labor consumption. 2 dwg
