FIELD: forestry engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir accumulating liquid, piston pump with air balloon and driven handle and spraying unit. Pressure amplifier is mounted between the pump and balloon. The pressure amplifier having cg 6 with spring-loaded piston 7 and intermediate chamber containing rod of piston. Fire extinguisher device has a system of canals with reverse valves. One valve is tuned for operating when liquid pressure reaches high pressure value in piston cavity of the pump. When acting upon the handle with moderate force, liquid is pumped into the balloon compressing air bubble formed in it. When increasing the force to a level when further pumping-in becomes hard to do, the valve opens and the piston with the rod travels downward. The rod penetrates into the chamber cavity sharply increasing air pressure inside it. The air is forced through the valve into the balloon cavity increasing in this way pressure in air bubble. When opening spraying unit lock, liquid forced from the balloon is ejected onto the burning surface. EFFECT: increased hitting range of jet without increasing force applied to the handle. 1 dwg
