FIELD: food industry, particularly, wine-making for production of grape strong pink wines. SUBSTANCE: grape strong pink wine contains ingredients at the following ratio, dal per 1000 dal of ready wine: food flavor-and-aromatic additive "Vinograd", 1.0-15.0 kg; sugar-containing component, up to sugar content in ready product of 100 g/cu.dm; ethyl rectified alcohol, up to strength of wine of 20% vol.; grape wine material, the balance. Besides, said wine contains 65-70-% sugar syrup and/or concentrated grape wort as a sugar-containing component. Used as grape wine material are dry and/or fortified white grape wine material or mistelle and dry and/or fortified white grape wine material. Used as grape wine material said wine includes pink or white and red grape wine material. The invention provides production of grape strong pink wine of standard condition by sugar and alcohol possessing taste and flavor remaining complex taste and flavor of black currant, plum and apricot.
