FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out morphological studies on texture of liquid crystal structure of oral fluid in dynamic mode in polarized light before and after the medium interacts with the gel. Microscope slide is covered with thin layer of gel. Oral fluid is placed over the surface of gel and the second slide. 10% alcohol solution of egg lecithin is used as control medium. Lecithin is placed over oral fluid. Comparative examination is carried out when pronounced typical structures arise on the second slide. Texture destruction and/or oxidation signs or no texture being found on the gel sublayer at the same time, the injected gel effects on human organism are considered to be negative. EFFECT: reduced risk of negative influence of injected gel. 1 tbl
