FIELD: transport engineering; automobiles. SUBSTANCE: proposed combination power system has rotary power source, such as internal combustion engine, whose output shaft is arranged to drive front section load and is coupled with input shaft of electromagnetic clutch to set into operation rear section load. Control of electromagnetic clutch is provided by operating device when input current is supplied or for providing functions of clutch with variable speed by means of output current when electromagnetic clutch is used as generator. Engine can be set into operation at constant speed or at partially regulated speed for operating the load. At the same time, remaining part of energy is restored by electromagnetic clutch operating as generator for charging storage battery. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 11 cl, 8 dwg
