PLUGS REMOVING METHOD FROM PERFORATED SHANK HOLES WHILE PUMPING HORIZONTAL WELL IN BITUMEN DEPOSIT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E21B33/14 E21B29/00

Abstract RU 2626496 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of plugs removing from the perforated shank holes, while pumping the horizontal well in the bitumen deposit includes drilling, casing and fixing of the vertical wellbore part up to the productive horizon, drilling of the horizontal wellbore in the productive horizon, placing in the horizontal shaft of the shank, perforated with the holes with inserted plugs therein. The plugs in the shank perforated holes are made as hollow duralumin. The shank from above is equipped with the passing packer, lowered into the horizontal part of the hole up to the bottomhole and put the packer in the cased hole. At the mouth of the horizontal well, the lower end of the coiled tubing string - CT from the bottom upwards is equipped with the drilling bit, the downhole oscillator, the hydraulic downhole motor - HDM, and then CT string is lowered into the borehole at the speed of 8 m / min before the drilling bit enters the shank. During the drilling process, the process fluid circulation is created under pressure, which does not exceed the pressure on the production horizon through the HDM, and the plugs are removed along the entire length of the shank filter. During the plugs removal process, the weight of the tool is controlled, so that the lowering speed of the CT string does not exceed the load at the HDM more than 200 kg, and do not allow jamming of the HDM. In the process of deepening every 10 m make reciprocating of the CT string. When there are the drags under the load in the reciprocating process, equal to 8 tons, the sinking is not performed. When the drilling bit reaches the bottomhole, the CT string with HDM and drilling bit is raised by rotation from the well.

EFFECT: increase of the plugs removal reliability and efficiency, reduction of the process operation duration.
