FIELD: radioisotope producers mainly for nuclear-medicine diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: for manufacturing technetium-99m producer, Al2O3 sorbent is introduced in chromatographic column, molybdenum-99m is sorbed on sorbent, and the latter is treated with oxidizing agent. Used as oxidizing agents are alkali salt solutions of halide-containing acids of common formula mHaLO3. Sorbent is treated with oxidizing agent for 10-20 h whereupon oxidizing agent is removed from column by flushing the latter with physiological solution. Eluate produced in device does not contain admixtures of any oxidizing agents in amounts exceeding their detection limits. EFFECT: enhanced yield of complex technetium compounds using any agents throughout entire service life of producer. 3 cl, 1 dwg
