Abstract RU 2171524 C1

FIELD: emergency disconnection of electric circuits. SUBSTANCE: device has magnetoelectric mechanism and electrodynamic mechanism whose accelerating properties are used. Magnetoelectric mechanism is made in the form of N series-connected sections incorporating movable and fixed parts elastically coupled on one end and joined through springs on other end, these springs being offset through preset distance. Movable parts of sections are rigidly coupled with rod connected to movable member of contact group. Electrodynamic mechanism has N series-connected electrodynamic sections each incorporating movable and fixed parts. Movable parts are offset through preset distance from external side of magnetic-section air gap. Start of fixed part of first electrodynamic section is connected to output of chain of accelerating windings each being placed on fixed part of respective magnetic section. Chain input is connected to device input. Start of fixed part of electrodynamic section is connected through break contacts of contact group to device output and through make contacts of contact group, to device input. EFFECT: provision for dispensing with disconnecting and arc-control devices, improved reliability. 2 dwg
