FIELD: SHF firing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for SHF burning of hydraulic micas of different degree of hydration, with content of content of water in hydraulic mica up to 1.0% included. Burning chamber of SHF set comes in the form of stepped waveguide unmatched across output whose lengths of quiet and steep parts of step are equal to λ/4. Treated material moves inside waveguide over conveyer formed by dielectric plates arranged in center part of waveguide. Material moves in steep parts of step under action of gravitation field alone and in steep parts inclined at angle of 20-30 degrees with horizon it moves both under action of gravitation field and under action of ultrasonic vibration applied to waveguide. Placement of phase inverter across output of waveguide path of firing makes it feasible to match maximum of standing wave with center of quiet part of step which increases time of stay of material under action of high power and decreases time of action of lesser power.
