FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring pulmonary artery blood pressure during the first three days after the operation beginning from the first day. Pulmonary artery blood pressure being found within the limits of 20-28 mm of mercury column with no changes being found in clinical and X-ray picture of the lungs, preclinical stage of lung disorder syndrome is considered to be the case. Early adjusting therapy is administered. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of lung disorder syndrome correction. 2 tbl
