SUBSTANCE: method includes definition of patient's weight, body height and age and calculation of power consumption of the patient. In addition to this the level of superslow biopotentials and superslow fluctuations of potential (SMKP) is defined by method of omega metrics within 10 minutes. At second range 3-15 SMKP value against optimum values -35 - -15 microvolt absence of power deficiency and conformity of spent nutritional supports of settlement power consumption are defined. At second range SMKP value more than 15 against high-55-35 microvolt and optimum-35-15 microvolt values of constant potential hypermetabolic power deficiency and necessity of increase of daily nutritional support on 5-10% are defined. At second range 0-2 SMKP value of against low negative values of constant potential-7.5-1.3 microvolt presence of substratoferment and anoxic power deficiency and necessity of decrease daily nutritional supports on 5-10% are defined. This way allows to improve navigated nutritional support of surgical patients during postoperative period.
EFFECT: improvement of surgical patients support during postoperative period.
