FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of vodka "Stroganov". Method involves preparing an aqueous- spirituous solution to prepare vodka with proof value 40%. Refined granulated sugar as a sugar syrup with concentration 65.8% or as an aqueous solution is added into finishing tank. Prepared an aqueous- -spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly and after correction of its proof value is repumped into pressure tank followed by feeding to carbon-cleansing battery. Filtration rate is 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Filtered off vodka is fed into finishing tank. Glycerol dissolved in an aqueous-spirituous solution with proof value 40% in the ratio 1:2 is added at stirring into finishing tank. Ameliorant dissolved in water or in rectified alcohol in the ratio 1:10 is added into finishing tank with glycerol solution simultaneously. Oat flakes are poured with an aqueous-spirituous liquid with proof value 50% in the ratio 1:10 and infusion is continued for 5 days at periodic stirring for 20-30 min, twice for working day. Ready infusion is poured off carefully, filtered off thoroughly and divided for two parts in the ratio 1:3. The larger part of filtrate is added into finishing tank with glycerol and ameliorant solutions simultaneously, kept at stirring and proof value is controlled. Vodka proof value is corrected in the same tanks by addition of alcohol or water, lesser part of an aqueous-spirituous filtrate of oat flakes infusion of the 1-st pouring off is added, filtered finally and fed to bottling. Ready vodka "Stroganov" has the following components, kg/1000 dal of ready product: glycerol, 0.3-0.5; sugar, 14-16; ameliorant AMO-97 as the natural food addition of vegetable origin, 0.1-0.3 and also, l: oat flakes an aqueous- -spirituous infusion, 3.5-4.5 and an aqueous-spirituous liquid, the balance. Prepared vodka "Stroganov" is enriched with the whole complex of biologically active components and prepared of available raw used widely in liqueur and vodka industry.
