SUBSTANCE: vodka "Nikas Safronov" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: glucose, 6.0-8.0 kg; oat greats an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st blend filtrate, 4.0-6.0 l; glycerol dissolved in vodka, 0.08-0.5 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with higher organoleptic indices and to expand assortment of vodkas due to the combined features that provide to vodka a mild taste and aroma specific for vodka prepared from alcohol "Luks", and barely detected cream-coffee after tasting.
