FIELD: roentgen diagnostics and flaw inspection. SUBSTANCE: all three alternatives of raster are cellular structures that have set of tubular X- radiation transport channels with walls made of material capable of absorbing X-rays. Walls of adjacent channels are joined together by fusion welding. Maximal transversal dimensions and lengths of channels are chosen using formula given in description of invention. First alternative has channel walls shaped as cylindrical surface or side surface of prism and their inlets and outlets are located in two parallel planes perpendicular to longitudinal axes of channel. Channel walls of second and third alternatives are shaped as side surfaces of common-top truncated cones or truncated pyramids. Inlets and outlets of channels in second alternative are located in two concentric spherical surfaces with center aligned with common top of truncated cones or truncated pyramids; those of channels in third alternative are located in two parallel planes perpendicular to axis of one of channels in central zone of raster. EFFECT: improved suppression of secondary dissipated radiation that reduces image contrast. 30 cl, 8 dwg
