SUBSTANCE: semiconductor item made of cellular-structure crystalline material, type AvBvi, and used for thermoelectric devices depending for their operation on Peltier and Seebeck effects, such as heat-electric generators, cooling and heating devices, has two essentially parallel planes and closed external surface essentially perpendicular to them. Several layers of mentioned crystalline material forming reinforcing band are essentially equidistant from mentioned external surface of item which at least partially free from destructive finish.
