FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermoelectric devices. The invention concept is as follows: thermoelectric module contains semiconductor thermoelectric elements of p- and n-type, which are placed nearby, plates of thermo- and electroconductive material, and each plate has inner surface faced to butt ends of thermoelectric elements, and external surface opposite to the first one, intermediate elements of thermo- and electroconductive material placed between thermoelectric elements and plates and having permanent connection between their first ends with butt ends of existing thermoelectric elements and by their second ends with plates. Opposite semiconductor thermoelectric elements there are through holes in plates. The second ends of intermediate elements are connected to plates by means of thermo- and electroconductive material through the holes of the above plates.
EFFECT: simplifying process of connection for intermediate elements connected preliminary to thermoelectric elements, plates of thermo- and electroconductive material.
