FIELD: toxic products disposal. SUBSTANCE: detoxification of calcium hypochlorite solution consists in heating solution by furnace gases, in particular by mixture obtained when natural gas is burned in chlorine-containing atmosphere at ratio chlorine/natural gas/air 1:2:3.5. This mixture is fed in countercurrent or concurrent mode into evaporator at 400 to 1200 C and, more precisely, directly into solution, which circulates within tankevaporator system at velocity 15-25 t/h. Detoxification stage is carried out at 100-120 C in presence of hydrogen chloride contained in natural gas. Concentration of calcium chloride at tank outlet is maintained between 29 and 34 wt %. EFFECT: speeded up detoxification process due to higher velocity of hypochlorite solution detoxification and due to reduced formation of calcium carbonate. 8 cl
