FIELD: trans[port engineering; transmissions for transport facilities; disengagement of clutch at gear shift. SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism consists of cover disk release unit and spring. Release unit is made in form of collet fitted at interference in cover disk hole. Tail-piece of collet is received by stepped hole of center disk. Locking ring is secured at end of tail-piece and bead is made in its center portion. Spring fitted on tail-piece between locking ring and bead is received by stepped hole of center disk which has larger diameter of side of cover disk.
