FIELD: locking fittings for cutting off flows of heavily contaminated working fluids conveyed through pipelines. SUBSTANCE: according to first version, gate has detachable body and cutter-type locking device (knife), wedge-shaped gland, knife drive connected with body and seats made from corrosion-resisting material. Fastening members adapted for connecting gland and drive supports with body are positioned in spaced relation one with respect to another. Cutting part of cutter-type locking device has front section made in the form of joined portions, each formed as arc or straight line. Conjunction angles and arc curvature are faced to drive or away from it. According to second version, gate and side surfaces of cutter-type locking device are made curved along radii of two concentric circles. Inner surface of body mates side surfaces of cutter-type locking device in plane of movement of locking device. Cutter-type locking device is rigidly secured on bracket which is pivotally connected with body and drive. Drive supports are pivotally connected with body.
