FIELD: thermoelectric energy converters. SUBSTANCE: device has set of thermoelectric n and p semiconductors regularly arranged so that their both butt-end edges interconnected through insulation form butt-end surfaces of junction located approximately on same level. Junction electrodes for alternate electrical connection of thermoelectric n and p semiconductors form junctions on both butt-end surfaces. Pair of junction electrodes is formed for electrical connection to thermoelectric semiconductors corresponding to one and other ends of set of thermoelectric semiconductors. One of butt-end surfaces of junction of thermoelectric set is inserted in hole of flexible printed-circuit board and then secured to upper edge of heatconducting plate through insulating layer. Pair of junction electrodes is electrically connected to pair of input/output electrodes formed on flexible printed-circuit board.
