SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a pharmaceutical preparation containing pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle agent and effective amount of keratansulfate olio-saccharide as an active component. The latter consists of two- -five saccharide links sulfated with N-acetylglucoseamine by its reducing terminal group, sulfated N-acetyllactoseamine link optionally containing sialic acid and/or fucose and having at least two sulfated hydroxyl group in molecule, and/or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Keratansulfate oligosaccharide has preferably at least disaccharide of the formula: Gal(6S)- GlcNAc(6S) where GAl means galactose; GlcN means glucoseamine; Ac means acetyl group and 6S means 6-O- sulfoester. Proposed pharmaceutical preparation shows anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, immunomodulating, apoptosis and cellular differentiation inducing effect.
