SUBSTANCE: gear has vacuum chamber and support for arrangement of parts, power supply source connected with negative pole to support and with positive pole to body of chamber, thermal emission electrode, second power supply source connected with negative pole to thermal emission electrode and with positive pole to body of chamber, additional hollow cylindrical electrode positioned coaxially between thermal emission electrode and hole in machined part, additional adjustable source of constant voltage which negative pole is connected to support and which positive pole is connected to additional electrode.
